What this service is

RoofQuote One is a roofing referral and connection service. We are not a roofing contractor, a home inspector, an insurance company or an insurance adjuster. We do not perform roofing work, provide roofing estimates, or make coverage determinations.

Roofing services are performed by independent participating contractors. Availability varies by location and project type.

Submitting a request

By submitting a roofing request you confirm the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to request service for the property, or that you have disclosed your relationship to it.

Submitting a request authorizes RoofQuote One and the participating roofing provider connected with your request to contact you about your roofing project. Submitting a request does not create a contract for roofing work.

No guarantee of connection or outcome

We cannot guarantee that a participating roofing professional will be available for every address, project type or timeline, or that any professional will contact you within a specific timeframe.

Any agreement for roofing work, including scope, price, schedule, warranty and workmanship, is between you and the contractor. RoofQuote One is not a party to that agreement and is not responsible for the work performed.

Contractor participation

Contractors who join the waitlist do so voluntarily. Joining does not guarantee territory availability or a specific number of homeowner opportunities. Program terms, if offered, will be provided separately.

Acceptable use

Do not submit false information, submit requests for properties you have no connection to, scrape the site, attempt to access non-public areas, or use the site for any unlawful purpose.

Insurance disclaimer

Nothing on this site is a promise that a roof will be covered by insurance or that a claim will be approved. Coverage depends on your policy, the cause of loss and your insurer's decision.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The site is provided on an as-is basis without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, RoofQuote One is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or from any contractor's work.

Changes, governing law and contact

We may update these terms. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised terms.
